If something is wrong, send the Experts tab
MetaTrader keeps a running account of what an EA is doing, in the Experts tab at the bottom of the terminal. ETA-CODE writes to it every time it decides something. The first twenty lines after it starts answer nearly every question anyone has asked.
Copy them before you restart anything — a restart clears the tab, and with it the evidence.
